What's a 1:1 Session? 

A movement-based approach where life themes are identified, put in motion, and evolved 

These 1:1 Zoom sessions start with conversation to identify what is sitting on your mind, and then shift into movement/dance that embodies this theme and listens to the body's direction as the focus of the movement evolves. For those experienced in talk therapy, this approach offers the chance to put into motion aspects of yourself you're probably already familiar with, while giving the thinking mind a chance to rely on the intelligence and evolution your body is ready to offer through movement. â€‹
